Brad Moltrup became a Pillar To Post Home Inspector™ and business owner because of having a Pillar To Post™ inspection for his home and seeing the notable difference between Pillar To Post™ and other home inspection companies.
Brad really enjoys educating people and helping them feel confident in their home choice — no home is perfect, so teaching new owners about their home’s unique attributes to help them feel more in control of situations that could arise while living there. He wants the buyer to feel like he provides the same level of care inspecting their home as he would for a friend or family member.
Prior to becoming a home inspector, Brad had many past work experiences that led him to home inspection: full-time rough carpenter, EIFS plasterer, home renovation business owner, and home health care as a physical therapist, where he had the opportunity to be in thousands of homes and appreciate the differences in construction.
In Brad’s free time, he is an outdoor enthusiast, where he enjoys boating, skiing, sport fishing, and hiking and backpacking through the mountains. He also loves working with his hands, completing home renovations and wrenching on off road vehicles.
